Having received specific training to support my clients through their perimenopause and menopause journey, I will work to help alleviate any symptoms you are experiencing. Every woman's journey is different and I aim to gain understanding of how menopause is affecting you personally to enable me to tailor treatments specifically for your needs. Regular treatments are highly recommended for you to gain optimum benefits. There are two options for you to choose from. First is the 60 minute foot reflexology treatment but you can also select to have the super beneficial extended treatment which includes the fabulous trio of reflexology for the hand, foot and face - a popular option with my menopausal clients.
